Born 1940, trained as a commercial artist / illustrator in Liverpool. Turned to cartoons in 1967 and has contributed to most major magazines in Great Britain and America. Works also in advertising and TV commercials. Became cartoon editor for Punch in 1998. Is married with 2 Daughters, 5 Grand Children, 1 Cat and 2 Crows (Bradford and Bingley).
